Governor MM Jacob administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers, all of cabinet rank.
They were HB Dan, Dr Donkupar Roy, ON Chyrmang, BB Nongsiej, Kyrmen Susngi, Singh Mulieh, RA Lyngdoh, JA Lyngdoh, RL Tariang.
The chief minister said that there was a last minute change in the list of ministers submitted to the Governor on Tuesday. On the instructions of UDP, he made the change replacing Mihsalan Suchiang with Dr Donkupar Roy. Bureau Report
