Kathmandu, July 29: Nepal's Election Commission has recognised Nepal Sadbhavana Party with former Deputy Prime Minister Badri Mandal as its president, official sources said. The Commission had received two mutually contradictory claims during the fourth general convention of the party held in Saptari district in March. After the convention the NSP was divided into two factions: NSP led by Badri Mandal and NSP led by Devi Singh, widow of Gajendra Narayan Singh, they said.
