Shelly Finkel, the American's manager, said that Tyson wanted to arrive early to acclimatise to the time change as well as the cooler, autumn temperatures of Copenhagen compared to the warmth of his Las Vegas home.
Last week, one of Tyson's trainers set the tone for the October 13 bout by claiming that the Dane will not only lose, but also end up in hospital.
