Chandel (Manipur), July 11: Two suspected militants and a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the 33rd Battalion of Assam Rifles (AR) were killed in an exchange o f fire during the wee hours today at Laiching Khunou area in Manipur's Chandel district, official sources said.
