New Delhi, June 24: Lt Gen P K Grover has taken over as the Chief of Staff at the headquarters of Western Command at Chandimandir. Grover, who commanded a division in northern sector, has served as the Chief of Staff of a corps in Jammu and Kashmir, an official release said. Bureau Report
