Indian hockey team to tour Argentina and Singapore

"Plans were afoot to send the team to Argentina from January 4 to January 25 and to Singapore just before the World Cup to play against the hosts and Belgium," he told reporters at a function here to felicitate eight members of the Indian team on their return from Kuala Lumpur where they won the Champions Challenge Cup on Saturday to book a berth for the next Champions Trophy.
"The Federation would shortly chalk out concrete plans for these trips and also the schedule for preparation of the team for the World Cup at a meeting with Chief Coach Cedric D'Souza," he said. Bureau Report
