New York, Dec 08: Mullah Mohammed Omar, the elusive leader of Afghanistan's ousted fundamentalist Taliban, may be operating from Pakistan, President Hamid Karzai has said. He said Mullah Omar was spotted praying in a mosque in Quetta ten days ago. "This is the first time that I have said this publicly."
