Kumbakonam, July 23: "Gurupayarchi", the annual festival to mark the transition of Jupiter to Leo from Cancer, will be held at the only temple for Lord Guru (one of the navagrahas) in the country, today. Officials said in connection with the festival, the state transport corporation would be operating special bus services from all important places in Thanjavur, Nagapattinam and Thiruvarur to Alangudi, where the temple is located.
