Hyderabad, Dec 02: Terming the coming snap polls in Andhra Pradesh as “crucial for the future of the state and TDP”, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today warned his partymen against complacency and said another term is necessary for his party to ensure continuity in development. Asserting that people are “ready to reward him with another term”, Naidu, who is seeking a fresh mandate on the twin planks of Naxalite violence and `obstructionist politics' of opposition Congress, exhorted his partymen to effectively rebuff the opposition's “mispropaganda” and take the message of development to the people.
"The scale of development we have achieved in the last eight years is unparalleled. We have set a role model for the country in several areas. We need to take our policies and programmes to their logical conclusion," Naidu told his party leaders after inaugurating a two-day training camp for the district-level TDP spokespersons, general secretaries and campaign co-ordinators at the party headquarters here.
