New Delhi, May 09: Speaker Manohar Joshi today ruled out a special session of Parliament for passage of the Women's Reservation Bill. "I don't think we will go for a special session but will bring the bill in the next session of Parliament," he told reporters at the conclusion of the budget session of Parliament. CPI(M) leader Somnath Chatterjee had suggested convening of a special session of parliament to get the Women's Reservation Bill adopted immediately after the all-party meeting on June 16.
