Jagannath Mishra to surrender today before special court
Nationalist Congress party leader Jagannath Mishra will surrender before the designated court of special judge Prabodh Ranjan Dass in regular case 68(A) of the multi-crore rupees fodder scam in Ranchi on Monday.

The special court had issued production warrant in RC 68(A) against Dr Mishra, who is presently under judicial custody in RC 47(a) of the fodder scam.
The CBI, probing the fodder scam, had filed a chargesheet against 75 accused, including former chief ministers, Dr Mishra, and Laloo Prasad Yadav in RC 68(A). Mr Yadav, who had surrendered in the same case, was remanded in judicial custody on December 20.
Mr Yadav had been granted bail by the Supreme Court in RC 47(A) and was released on December 19. However, Dr Mishra continued to be in the judicial custody and was lodged in the Rajendra Medical College Hospital on health grounds.
