Gorakhpur, Aug 23: Fourteen Nepalese girls, allegedly being taken to the Gulf for prostitution, were rescued from two hotels outside Gorakhpur railway station and 12 persons were arrested in this connection, police sources said today. The girls were being taken to Mumbai yesterday to be sent to the Gulf countries for flesh trade, the sources said.
Six Nepalese couples, who were luring girls from Nawlaparasi and Gorkha districts on the pretext of getting them jobs in Kuwait and Oman, were arrested on charges of kidnapping and immoral trafficking, they said. Bureau Report
