Bangalore, July 22: Pakistani baby girl, Noor Fatima, who underwent open heart surgery at a cardiac speciality hospital on the city outskirts a week ago, "is progressing well" in the step-down unit from where she is likely to be moved to the ward in another two to three days, a senior doctor said. "Noor who is still in the step-down unit, needs very little oxygen now. We are trying to wean her off from everything and in all probability she will be shifted to the ward in another two to three days," Dr Devi Shetty, cardiac surgeon and chairman of Narayana Hrudayalaya, told a news agency here. Two-and-a-half year old Noor, who came with her parents in the first trip of the resumed Lahore-Delhi bus service in Delhi on July 11, underwent the operation for ventricular septal defect with pulmonary stenosis.
