Ranchi, July 29: The pro-domicile group, Adivasi Moolvasi Janadhikar Manch (AMJM), has floated a new political group to champion the cause of tribals and original settlers. Christening the new front as "Jharkhand Janadhikar Party" (JJP), the leaders chose AMJM's working president Bandhu Tirkey as its executive president.

The new party would launch its membership drive from August 05 and its constitution would be ready by October-November, party sources said here. The formation of the party was held at a meeting yesterday.

Tirkey said AMJM would remain a social organisation and raise its voice in the interest of adivasis and moolvasis. Bureau Report
