PVB asks Badal to give them time for investigations
Chandigarh, Sept 27: Punjab Vigilance Bureau has asked former Punjab chief minister and Shiromani Akali Dal president Parkash Singh Badal to give them some time to question him in connection with the disproportionate assets case against him and his family members.

A spokesman of Badal, who himself was not available,
confirmed receipt of the letter from PVB and said the SAD
president had agreed to take out time next week for
questioning by the bureau.
"As a law abiding citizen Badal will give time and answer their queries,” the spokesman said.
The officials of the bureau had recently searched, measured and evaluated properties owned by Badal and his family members in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi, including a renovated house here, Orbit Resort at Gurgaon and farmhouse at Balasar in Sirsa district.
