Two gangsters nabbed by Delhi Police
New Delhi, July 09: Delhi Police has arrested two notorious inter-state gangsters, one of them wanted in several cases of murder and other heinous crimes in Bihar, and recovered arms and ammunition from them in an East Delhi area.

Rakesh Kumar alias Chunnu Thakur and his associate Subodh
Kumar Singh were nabbed by the special cell sleuths in
Trilokpuri following a tip off, deputy commissioner of
police (special cell) Ashok Chand said here today.
Two loaded revolvers and five catridges were recovered from the duo, who originally hail from Muzzaffarpur in Bihar but are currently staying in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh neighbouring Delhi. During interrogation, Rakesh disclosed he began his criminal career in 1986, Chand said.
He is involved in several murders, kidnapping for ransom and dacoities, he said.
The arrest of the gangster of Bihar comes a day after Delhi Police nabbed Yusuf Qadri alias Bachkana, a notorious criminal of Mumbai and hitman of underworld don Chhota Rajan. Bureau Report
