It is correct that I had told the police that Bina Ramani was saying 'stop that man'. However, I had not said that she had also said he has shot Jessica, Rouble Dunglay, deposing as a prosecution witness told additional sessions judge R L Chugh.
Danglay, a fashion designer, who had reached the Tamarind Court cafe at Qutub Colonade around 2:00 am, said he had seen Ramani going after a boy, but did not remember whether he told the police that the said boy was a fat and fair. He also contradicted his earlier statement and said I do not remember whether I told the police that the boy who was being followed after the incident by Ramani was wearing white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Danglay, in his recorded statement before ACP Durga Prasad had said that a boy who was followed by Ramani after the shooting of model was fat and fair wearing white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Ramani, an NRI fashion designer and socialite, during her deposition as a witness last had identified Manu and said that Lal was shot at by a fair and chubby person, wearing white t-shirt and blue jeans.
