The first one-day international between England and India, scheduled to be held in Kolkata on January 22, has been preponed to January 19 to accomodate the sixth one-day tie between the two sides, a senior cricket board official said on Friday. Cuttack would host the sixth one-dayer which would be played on January 22, cricket board executive secretary, Sharad Diwadkar said in Mumbai. The remaining four one-dayers would be held as scheduled at Chennai on January 25, Kanpur on January 28, New Delhi on January 31 and Mumbai on February 3. India and England have agreed to play an extra one-dayer after they worked out a solution to the dispute over the number of matches to be played by their teams in each other's countries. Bureau Report
