New Delhi, Dec 23: A minor fire broke out in a building in the busy ITO area here this morning.
The blaze, which broke out in the record room of Vikas Bhawan at 9.30 am was brought under control immediately, fire department sources told a news agency. No casualties have been reported. Bureau Report
