Bangalore, May 09: Icode Inc., developer of integrated enterprise resource planning solutions for small and medium businesses, today announced a strategic alliance with Toshiba computer systems group to develop a "revolutionary" turnkey business automation solution for small businesses. "This bundled offering will enable small businesses to wirelessly automate their entire operations 'out of the box', without requiring any additional software installation, networking infrastructure, existing servers or databases," an Icode release said here.

Under the terms of the agreement, Toshiba will preload Icode's Accware business automation software onto Toshiba's Magnia SG20 wireless server. The combined offering will be available direct from Icode, by way of Icode's indirect value added reseller channel, through Icode's certified ERP representative ("Icer") network, and through Toshiba's traditional distribution channel, including tech data and ingram micro, the release said.
