Man U set to sign Cristiano Ronaldo on five year contract

The station said Manchester agreed to pay 12 million euros (13.6 million dollars) for the under-21 international, who will be officially presented at Old Trafford today.
Ronaldo was inspirational in last Wednesday's 3-1 friendly win over Manchester United - creating two of the goals - at the inauguration of the Portuguese team's new stadium.
He was left out of the sporting team that played out a 0-0 draw with United's premiership rivals Spurs in London on Sunday as according to reports him and his agent conducted talks with the Red Devils management.
Manchester and Sporting signed a co-operation agreement in May. Ronaldo would be United's second signing of the day after Brazilian World Cup winning midfielder Kleberson was granted a work permit and looks set to complete his six million pounds transfer also on Tuesday.
