New Delhi, Mar 01: Enthused by the assembly poll outcome in Himachal Pradesh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi today said that the results are "most encouraging".
"It is most encouraging. We are very happy," she told reporters after inaugurating a seminar on women empowerment here.
Gandhi wanted to be on the "cautious side" waiting for the final results before reacting in detail. Bureau Report
