India, Russia to cooperate in S&T, sign two MoUs
Moscow, Nov 12: India and Russia today signed two memoranda of understanding (MoU) for cooperation in science and technology and seismology.

understanding (MoU) for cooperation in science and technology and
seismology.
The first MoU was signed between the Russian Academy of Sciences
and Department of Science and Technology of India for the
establishment of Indo-Russian Science and Technology Centre for Gas
Hydrate Studies.
The second MoU was signed for the establishment of Indo-Russian Centre for Earthquake Research.
The MoUs were signed by Professor V S Ramamurthy of Science and Technology and Vice President of the Russian Academy of Science.
