New Delhi, Nov 28: Chhattisgarh High Court today stayed the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) order reinstating the two district collectors, following an Election Commission petition.
New Delhi, Nov 28: Chhattisgarh High Court today stayed the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) order reinstating the two district collectors, following an Election Commission petition.
The commission had ordered the transfer of Bastar and Jashpur District Collectors for being politically biased, and violating the model code of conduct in force for the assembly polls.
However, the officials had then obtained the stay order from the CAT.
