New Delhi, Aug 23: Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) on Saturday announced its audited results for the 2002-03 fiscal and stated that its net profit has dipped 5 per cent during the fiscal.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 444.51 crore for the year ended March 31, 2003 as compared to Rs 467.94 crore for the year ended March 31, 2002.


Turnover and other receipts (earning) has, however, increased from Rs 8,019.32 crore in the 2001-02 fiscal to Rs 8,274.40 crore in 2002-03.

The board of directors of the company recommended a dividend of 40 per cent for the year. Bureau Report
