This was conveyed by Heena, second wife of Nafitullah,

Talking to a news agency over phone here this evening, Heena said
Nafitullah and his advocate from Mumbai informed her about
this from Mumbai.
She also said that they have asked her to remain here for

Nafitullah went to Mumbai last week to consult his sister Zahira and mother Sehrunissa and to work out a plan to prevent renovation.
Before his departure for Mumbai, Nafitullah had said that Best Bakery premises is owned by his mother Sehrunissa.
Meanwhile, Yasminbanu is continuing with the renovation work. She told a news agency that she wanted to stay there as she had no shelter since her father has died.

"I will not give up my right over the best bakery
property and am prepared to face any situation", she said.
To a query, Yasminbaanu, however, said she did not
recognise Heena as the second wife. She had been staying
separately from the family before the Godhra riots.
Twelve persons were burnt alive in best bakery during
post-Godhra riots on March 1. Twenty-one persons were
acquitted in the case, leading to widespread protests and
demands for re-trial outside Gujarat, prompting SC to pass
strictures against the state government.
