The rumour mills have it that the composer duo has not been taken in the next collaboration of Rohit Shetty and SRK. The project which is to go on floors in March has Pritam as the music director. Vishal-Shekhar were SRK regulars considering that their music for King Khan films have done rather well in the past – be it 'Ra.one', 'Chennai Express' or more recently 'Happy New Year'.

According to news reports, Vishal and Shekhar were miffed when Yo Yo Honey Singh was roped in for 'Lungi Dance' for the movie 'Chennai Express'. But then it became more apparent when the two were conspicuously missing from the 'Happy New Year' promotional tour 'Slam! The Tour' in the US and Canada.

If the reports are to be believed then the split is indeed a heart break, but it needs to be seen whether Pritam, who is known for his melodious numbers will be able to compose the peppy masala ones that Rohit Shetty's movies are famous for.
