New Delhi, Nov 20: The CBI today got the videotape purportedly showing former Union Minister Dilip Singh Judeo taking bribe and has seized the records of the five-star hotel where the entire episode was said to have been shot. The CBI sleuths went to the five-star hotel and took the name and the address of the person who had booked room no 822, where the former minister was uportedly shown accepting bribe from the representative of an Australian company, agency sources said here. The address, as provided in the hotel register, was being verified by the CBI and in case the person who booked the room was found, it would question him at length, the sources said. The agency was also trying to ascertain the number of people present inside the room at the time while a waiter had said there were approximately seven people including the minister, they said. It was still awaiting the original copy of videotape from the Indian express newspaper, which had come out with a story on Sunday.

The sources said the newspaper had sent a copy of the videotape to CBI which has now sent in a fresh request to the daily for the original tapes for examination at the Centre for forensic and scientific laboratory.

A CBI team was shortly going to visit Chhattisgarh as it felt that there were some "missing links" in the case, the sources said.
