Vadodara, Sept 21: The family of Best Bakery owner Nafitullah will approach the court to seek a stay on the repair and renovation work undertaken by his wife Yasminbanu in the premises where 12 persons were burnt alive in the post-Godhra riots. Heena, who claims that Nafitullah married her, told a news agency that "a final decision will be taken after Nafitullah consults his sister Zahira, a key witness in the Best Bakery case and mother Sehrunissa." However, Yasminbanu asserted that the work will not be stopped under any circumstance.

A section of the media today reported that Nafitullah was in Mumbai to discuss the issue with his mother and sister. Bureau Report
