According to a report, Salman was asked by reporters what he thought of SRK's rippling muscles in 'Happy New Year', and the actor replied that he was really impressed. He went on to defend allegations about the picture being touched up, to which he said, 'the picture that you see, is in fact raw' and that 'there is nothing fake about that. It is 100 percent genuine'.

Salman had previously tweeted, congratulating the 'Happy New Year' team for their promo. The director of the movie, Farah Khan had exclaimed in an interview that it was really sweet of him to praise the movie.

Salman and Shah Rukh who were one of the best friends in the industry, fell out after a tiff on actress Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008. The two have however maintained a good stance with each other at various events and award shows, of which the most famous of them all was Baba Siddiqui's Iftar part in 2013 and 2014.

Well, the two Khans coming together, that's the dream! We sure hope it fruits to something more than just mutual admiration.
