New Delhi, July 28: Samsung has been ranked as the fastest growing brand for the second successive year by global brand consultant Interbrand, which has valued it at 10.8 billion dollars. Interbrand's annual survey of the top 100 global brands has ranked Ssamsung as the 25th largest brand this year, according to a company statement. It said Samsung's brand value has more than doubled from 5.2 billion dollars in 2001 to the present 10.8 billion, adding it has moved up the pecking order from 42nd position in 2001 through 34th place last year.
