Mumbai, Oct 25: Pfizer India Ltd has formed a team of professionals to formulate business strategy for charting growth plans, including use of us-based parent's research-based products, which is likely to be submitted by end of this year.
"We have set a team for strategy and business development and will soon present new business model to the company board", Pfizer India managing director Hocine Sidi told the annual general meeting here today.
The company chairman r a shah said Pfizer India would benefit from introduction of product patents by end next year, helping to introduce Pfizer Inc's products in the country as and when they are brought into the global market.
US-based parent expects to introduce 20 new drugs from its product pipeline in next five years, Shah added.
