Ralf recovers in time for Indy race
Hamburg, Sept 23: BMW Williams driver Ralf Schumacher has recovered from a training accident and expects to be behind the wheel again Sunday at the crucial Indianapolis Formula One race.

"It looks good. I'm assuming I can race in Indianapolis," Schumacher said yesterday.
The 28-year-old German, younger brother of world champion Michael Schumacher, suffered a concussion during a Sept. 2 training crash and missed last week's race at Monza, Italy.
Schumacher has allowed teammate Juan Pablo Montoya and backup driver Marc Gene of Spain to handle the car testing this week while he recovers from the after affects.
"It looks good. I'm assuming I can race in Indianapolis," Schumacher said yesterday.

Schumacher has fallen back in the standing to fourth in one of Formula One's tightest driver's race in years. Michael Schumacher leads with 82 points in his Ferrari, followed by Montoya at 79, Mercedes driver Kimi Raikkonen at 75 and Ralf Schumacher with 58.
Michael Schumacher, the defending world champion, plans to take a short vacation in Florida before the race.
"The competition is so tight that the form you're in that day may determine who will win," Schumacher said. "We want to be fresh when we show up in Indianapolis on Wednesday
or Thursday."
