Trinamool activist killed in clash with CPI-M workers
Haldia, June 29: A Trinamool Congress activist was killed in a clash between CPI(M) and Trinamool Congress workers at Nandigram in West Bengal`s east Midnapore district, police said today.

Bombs and firearms were used in the clash which took
place yesterday, they said.
A Trinamool activist who sustained bullet injuries in the head during the clash was rushed to Tamluk district hospital, but he died there last night, hospital sources said.
The clash was over the election of the gram pradhan in the Amdabad II gram panchayat, police said.
