Jammu, Dec 20: Jammu and Kashmir finance minister Muzzaffar Hussain Beigh has said that government and the entrepreneurs should be partners in re-building of Jammu and Kashmir which has faced turmoil during last one decade.
“The mindset of both, government and entrepreneurs, have to change. The state government would do its best to help the industry to grow, the entrepreneurs must not look for concessions from the administration,” Beigh told a gathering of Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industries (JCC) here last evening. It is the responsibility of both government and entrepreneurs to rebuild J&K jointly, he said.
In the era of liberalization, the local entrepreneurs had to be trusted as they hold the key for setting up of viable units by managing institutional finances and taking neccessary initiatives, he said.
