Chandigarh, Aug 08: The Syndigate Bank would open its 20 more branches in rural as well as urban areas of Haryana shortly for the benefit of the people of state, especially the farming community. Chairman and managing director of the Syndicate Bank, Michael Bastian, who called on Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, here this evening, said that the Syndicate Bank also had 48 branches in Haryana, especially in the southern districts.
The Bank has a network of 110 branches of Gurgaon Grameen Bank in Gurgaon and Faridabad districts of Haryana, he said.
Chautala urget Bastian to open another branch of Rural Employment Training Institution of the bank in Haryana so as to benefit the the rural people.
