New Delhi, Jan 13: Petronet LNG plans an initial public offering in the second week of February, managing director Suresh Mathur told reporters on Tuesday. Petronet LNG is setting up India 's first LNG import terminal and hopes to import its first cargo around the end of January.
"We are planning an IPO in the second week of February," Mathur said.
An oil ministry official said the company plans to price the shares at 16 rupees each. The Asian Development Bank will take up five percent equity.
