New Delhi: Late actress Parveen Babi had left a will to ensure help to needy women and children. The Bombay High Court has reportedly accepted her will after 11 years after her death.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, most of her assets will now be dedicated towards philanthropic activities aimed at reaching out to poor women and kids. It is being said that a trust will be established and 80% her wealth will be directed towards the same. This will then be utilised to help the underprivileged from the Babi community of Junagadh where he hails from. 


The report further states that the trust will be headed by her 82-year-old uncle Muradkhan Babi.


One of the most popular yesteryear diva, Parveen Babi was found dead in her apartment in 2005. After a successful career, which spanned over a decade, Parveen spent the last few years of her leave in isolation. 


The 'Namak Halaal', 'Deewar' star was reportedly suffering from psychological problems for some years before her demise.
