Biharsharif, Jan 15: Bihar's first computerised police station has come into existence here, notwithstanding the doubts expressed by RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav over the utility of information technology on quite a few occasions. Yadav, who had once gone on record asking 'what is information technology', inaugurated the newly-computerised police station on Monday. He also announced that the state government had decided to computerise all the big police stations as early as possible. Nalanda police superintendent Amit Lodha played an important role in the computerisation of the police station here. Bureau Report
