Delhi Police claimed to have busted a satta racket with the arrest of 18 people from Chandni Mahal area of central Delhi, sources said. Of the 18 arrested, 7 were 'munshis' who used to run the satta and 11 were players, the sources said. Police also seized stake money to the tune of Rs 13,000 during the raid. Bureau Report
