New Delhi, Nov 18: Hours after the Election Commission charged the Congress president with violating the model code of conduct, the party tonight asserted that Sonia Gandhi had "definitely not used" any of the Chattisgarh government aircraft ever since the model code of conduct for the coming assembly elections went into force. AICC media secretary Tom Vadakkan told news persons that on the contrary Gandhi is "absolutely correct" in her travel itinerary after the code came into force.

As far as Chattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi is concerned, he said "We have just received the notice from Election Commission and we are cross-checking it". Bureau Report
