Raipur, Feb 03: The Chhattisgarh Government today ordered a magisterial inquiry into the death of a 54-year old convict.
The state government appointed the Executive Magistrate of Raipur K K Bakshi to inquire into the death of Sukdhan, a resident of Ratanpur village in Raigarh district, on January 30, official sources said today.
The state government has also called for information regarding the death of the convict, who died while undergoing treatment at Raipur Medical College Hospital.
