Chandigarh BJP MLAs sit on dharna, demand 25-day monsoon session
Raipur, July 12: Demanding to increase the duration of monsoon session of Chhattisgarh legislative assembly from current three days to 25 days, the members of state BJP Legislature Party today sat on a dharna in front of the Chief Minister`s residence.

The 13 BJP MLAs, led by leader of the opposition Nand Kumar Sai, were going to meet the chief minister Ajit Jogi when they were stopped just outside his residence, party
sources said.
Protesting this, the BJP members immediately sat on a dharna demanding that they be allowed to proceed to Jogi's house, they added.
They also raised slogans demanding increase of duration of the monsoon session, commencing on July 28.
