The four men, members of two families, were gunned down in the villages of Neel and Mohmangad while they walked with their animals in the forest, police said.
The villages are in Kashmir's Doda district, 175 kilometers northeast of the Jammu. Security forces have cordoned off the area around the two villages to search for the gunmen, police said. Bureau Report
