Pakistani people dissatisfied with Musharraf regime: Survey
New Delhi, Nov 23: Around 75 per cent of Pakistani people have expressed `utter dissatisfaction` with the Pervez Musharraf regime, with a major chunk of them saying they would call `Allah` instead of the police in case they had a problem with their personal safety, according to a survey published in a leading Pakistani daily.

"Around 75 per cent population of the country has
expressed its utter dissatisfaction over the delivery of
services by various government agencies, with only 31 per cent
households satisfied with public transport, 13 per cent with
sewage services and 23 per cent with health facilities," the
survey published in 'The Nation' said.
The survey, which covered over 57,000 households spread over all the 97 districts in Pakistan, said "when asked who they would contact for a problem of personal safety or a threat to property, the most common response was 'Allah'", with the proportion those who would contact the police being particularly low in Balochistan.
"Only 12 per cent of the households reported contacts with the police over the last five years," it said. Bureau Report
