New Delhi, Nov 22: Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee tonight described as "baseless" the Congress allegations that six Union ministers "milked" public sector undertakings and demanded apology from the party. "After straight-forward denial from the Central Vigilance Commissioner, courtesy demands that those Congress members who have levelled allegations against ministers for misusing PSUs should take their allegations back and tender an apology," he said.
