100 grams gram flour (besan)


2 tsp ajwain


1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)


1 green chilli (finely chopped)


½ tsp jeera powder


1 few strands of coriander (finely chopped)


½ tsp turmeric powder


Salt to taste


1 to 2 tsp oil for cooking


Water


Procedure:


Add ajwain, masalas to the gram flour, chopped garlic, chilli and coriander to the gram flour. Mix thoroughly. Now pour some water into this mixture as you keep stirring it will to avoid lump formation. Make sure you don’t make it too water. The consistency should be like dosa batter.


Add salt and let the batter rest or 5 minutes.


Heat a pan and pour this batter to make a pancake.


Pour some oil around the pancake and cook either sides until slightly golden brown.
