INGREDIENTS:


1 cup - grated mango


¼ tbsp - chilli powder


1 tsp - roasted cumin seeds


¼ - turmeric powder


Salt to taste


Sugar


 


METHOD:


Peel the magoes and wash them clean


Now make a mixture of grated mangoes, salt and turmeric powder, keep it aside


Add sugar to the mango mixture, keep stirring the mixture for 30 to 35 minutes.


In a pan put this mixture and put on flame. Stir the entire mixture till the sugar has dissolved completely and small bubbles appear on the surface


After this, remove the pan and let it cool


Add a little bit of chilli powder and cumin seeds


Put the mixture in a sterilized glass jar or bottle


You can keep Aam ka Chunda for a long time this way
