Mumbai, Aug 26: Maharashtra Governor, Mohammad Fazal, today described the twin bomb blasts in Mumbai "as an attempt by terrorists to disturb the peace and tranquility of the great city of Mumbai". "This a terrorist act against humanity, it is therefore absolutely essential that we fight this menace unitedly," he said in a statement here.
"I have no word to express my grief to all those who lost their near and dear ones, and also to those who were injured in the dastardly blasts," he said.
He also called upon citizens "to stand together in this hour and defeat the nefarious designs of the enemies of the country". Bureau Report
