During a meeting with Pakistan President Pervez
Musharraf here yesterday, Bush told him about "the need to
stop cross-border terrorism" in Jammu and Kashmir, the official
said.
About the meeting between Bush and Vajpayee, the official said, they talked about the progress that were making in US-Indian relations, about cross-border terrorism, India's support for Afghanistan and Iraq situation.
The US official said during the talks India was very supportive towards the reconstruction efforts in Iraq and the conversations would continue. Bureau Report
